Frequently Asked Questions

Q.How does your dumpster service process work from delivery to removal?
A.Our dumpster service is scheduled and managed as a start-to-finish service. We deliver a service container to your location for your project and include a defined service window for loading. After delivery, we coordinate the removal and hauling as part of the service plan. Once your project is ready for completion within that window, we return, remove the container, and transport the debris for proper disposal. The service includes container delivery, site placement, an included loading period, pickup, hauling, and disposal — all handled by our company so you don’t have to manage transportation or dump logistics. We deliver our dumpsters between 8am-6pm. We will deliver the dumpster on the day promised, however, the exact time is unknown due to the unpredictable wait times at the landfills. We will however send you a text or a call when we are on the way to your dumpster drop off location.
Q.What sizes of dumpsters do you offer?
A.We offer 15 yard and 20 yard dumpster service container sizes to match different types of cleanup and project needs. Our most commonly used service containers are listed on our website with size details, typical project examples, and included service terms so you can choose the best fit. If you’re unsure which size is right for your project, just give us a call. We’re happy to review your job details and recommend the most efficient container size so your service runs smoothly and cost-effectively.
Q.How do I know what size dumpster I need?
A.We offer 15-yard and 20-yard roll-off dumpsters to fit different cleanup needs. The 15-yard is great for smaller projects like garage cleanouts, light remodeling, household junk removal, and smaller roofing jobs. The 20-yard is best for larger cleanups such as bigger remodels, roofing debris, and heavier loads with more volume. If you’re not sure which size you need, just give us a call and we’ll help you choose the right dumpster for your project.
Q.How soon can I get a dumpster delivered?
A.Same-day delivery is often available, and most customers can get a dumpster delivered within 24 hours. Contact us today and we’ll confirm the soonest delivery time.
Q.How long is my dumpster service window?
A.Our dumpster service includes a standard service window based on container size. The 15-yard container includes up to 7 days of on-site service, and the 20-yard container includes up to 14 days of on-site service. This service period gives you time to complete your cleanup while we handle delivery, haul-away, and proper disposal. If you finish early, just let us know and we’ll schedule pickup. If you need a little more time, extended service days are usually available — just contact us and we’ll coordinate the best pickup date for your project.
Q.How is your dumpster service priced?
A.Our dumpster service pricing is based on the container size and included service window for your project. We publish our current service prices directly on our website so you can quickly see options and choose the container that best fits your needs. If you would prefer personal assistance, you’re always welcome to call us. We’re happy to discuss your project, recommend the right container, and explain the full service cost with no surprises. Our goal is to make pricing clear, simple, and service-focused.
Q.What materials am I allowed to put in my dumpster?
A.We accept all types of waste including residential trash, construction debris, house cleanout etc. Appliances, mattresses and other electronics are acceptable. We DO NOT haul any concrete, dirt or bricks. If for any reason our trucks are unable to haul off a dumpster due to it being severely overloaded with restricted items, ie. concrete, dirt or bricks, you will be responsible to empty the dumpster and will incur additional charges. In addition, we also DO NOT haul hazardous materials like chemicals, batteries, tires, and paints. These are also STRICTLY prohibited.
Q.What if I fill up my dumpster and need another one?
A.If your container fills up before your project is complete, just contact us and we’ll schedule a prompt service swap. We will remove the full container, properly dispose of the debris, and deliver another dumpster so your project can continue without delay. Our goal is to keep your cleanup moving smoothly with minimal downtime. Availability is usually same-day or next-day depending on schedule. Swap service is billed as a new service cycle. Any advanced notice helps us guaranteed the fastest turnaround
Q.Do I need to be present when the dumpster is delivered?
A.No. It is not required for the renter to be present when the dumpster is delivered. Please make sure any special instructions are given to the office at the time of renting the dumpster.
Q.Do I need a permit for container placement during service?
A.If you’re placing the dumpster on a public street or sidewalk, you may need a permit. Private property placements typically do not require permits, but we can help you check local regulations. Also, if you live in a POA/HOA, check for rules regarding the placement of a temporary dumpster and areas allowed to park on your property.
Q.What surfaces can you place the dumpster on?
A.We can place the dumpster on pavement, concrete, dirt or grass. The surface just needs to be strong enough to hold the weight on the dumpster and the contents you load into it. We do place boards when delivering the dumpster to help make sure there is no property damage.
Q.Any special requirements when placing a dumpster at my house?
A.Customer shall abide by all applicable laws, rules, regulations and ordinances governing placement of the container. We do require a spot at least 15' Long and 10' wide or big enough to park a pickup truck or trailer. Customer warrants and represents that any location for the dumpster is sufficient to bear the weight and size of the dumpster and any vehicle required to transport the dumpster.
Q.What happens if I exceed the weight limit?
A.Each dumpster includes a recommended weight limit listed in the service description. At this time, our local landfill does not charge disposal fees based on weight, so if you exceed the limit slightly, there is typically no additional charge. However, for safety and transportation compliance, all debris must remain level with or below the top edge of the container and must not pass the marked fill line. Containers that are overloaded above the rim cannot be hauled and will need to be adjusted before pickup.
Q.Are we responsible for the roll off dumpster if it is to get damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our dumpsters. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e., loading with equipment and hitting the side of the Dumpster) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the Roll Off Dumpster, which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we ask to only load the dumpster by hand and not with equipment.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.All orders require payment on or before delivery.
